The transfer hook program is upgradeable, and every 24 hours a new evolution cycle begins. Each cycle adds a new behaviour, like burns, liquidity top-ups, holder rewards or a game that runs on trades.
Every change is logged
Each upgrade gets a log entry here with the transaction that shipped it. Any explorer will show you the program's full upgrade history.

What does self-evolving actually mean?
EVOLVE's behaviour lives in a transfer hook program instead of in the token itself. When a mutation ships, the program is upgraded and the mint carries on exactly as before. You don't swap, claim or migrate anything. The coin you already hold starts doing something new.
What is a transfer hook?
It's a Token-2022 feature on Solana. A mint can name a program that runs on every transfer of the token. That program can count trades, enforce rules, keep score for a game or trigger other logic. Upgrading the program changes what happens on every transfer from then on.
How often does it change?
The first new hook lands 1 hour after launch. From then on it's every 24 hours: each time the clock hits zero, a new hook goes live. What Cycle 30 looks like, nobody knows yet. Us included.
Who decides what changes?
Holders pitch mutations, the builders write them, and every cycle shows up in the evolution log with its upgrade transaction. Pitches happen in public on X, so you can watch the next cycle take shape before the clock runs out.
Can I check an upgrade myself?
Yes. Each log entry links the transaction that shipped it, and Solana explorers show every upgrade the hook program has ever had, with the slot it went live.
Can the fee change overnight?
No. Token-2022 holds any new transfer fee rate for two epochs, about four days, before it applies, so a rate change is always visible on chain well before it touches a trade.
